Exploration, which presented in Essen Light Festival 2026 focuses on our very first encounters with the surrounding world—that nostalgic phase of childhood discovery where curiosity transforms the mundane into the extraordinary.
Crafted from discarded aluminium reflectors from ceiling lamps, repurposed toys, and wooden slats from blinds, the installation captures the wonder of seeing the world through a child’s eyes. Through a delicate interplay of light, shadows, and reflection, these reclaimed industrial materials are given new life. Abstract forms and dancing shadows on the wall become stories crafted by pure imagination, creating a immersive space where perception and memory converge.

Presented at the Essen Light Festival, the installation Born in Light transformed discarded ceiling lamp reflectors into a large-scale hanging sculpture. Through the interplay of light, projection, and reflection, it explored themes of rebirth and renewal.

We took part in Open House 2024 under the theme Transformation.
Our atelier opened its doors to visitors, hosting a wood workshop where kids and families created sculptures and furniture from reclaimed wood. The day also featured a live musical performance in the hall of the studio.
